QUALITY CONTROL
All Pigskin linings entering our central warehouse in Holland must be 100% and ready for shipment. In order to maintain the quality , inspections are carried out at the source. As product consistency is one of Van Hoorn´s priorities, several measures are taken to safeguard the quality of our Pigskin lining.
We always have a team of our own inspectors available at the source to ensure quality on time shipments. They also make suggestions about how to improve the quality of certain products. Apart from that, all products are regularly analyzed on the presence of dangerous substances like CHR VI , PCP, AZ0-dyes and Formaldehyde, both at the tanneries and laboratories in Germany. Van Hoorn also comply with all Reach requirements.
